Mr. Grubbs has 23 years of experience in the field of secondary education. Eight years of his experience was serving in private Christian education. He worked as an athletic director, varsity boys and girls’ basketball coach, and biology teacher. For 15 years, Mr. Grubbs taught biology, anatomy, and environmental science at Central High School in Carroll County, Georgia. In addition to his secondary education experience, he also has two years experience as assistant athletic director and assistant men’s basketball coach at Tennessee Temple University. In 2009, he earned his Masters in Educational Leadership at Jacksonville State University. Mr. Grubbs is beginning his third year as 12-For-Life’s Instructional Facilitator. His areas of work responsibilities are high school dual enrollment coordinator, financial literacy teacher, and monitoring 12-for-Life students’ academic performance.
